Lemonade Base
- 2 tablespoons pink lemonade mix (divided, 1 tbsp per glass)
- 1 1/2 cups water (3/4 cup per glass)
- Ice (enough to fill glasses about 2/3 full)
Instructions
- Prepare the Whipped Cream: In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of pink lemonade mix with 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream. Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat until the cream thickens and forms stiff peaks, creating a fluffy, pink whipped topping.
- Prepare the Lemonade Base: Take two glasses and add 1 tablespoon of pink lemonade mix to each. Pour 3/4 cup of water into each glass and stir well until the powder dissolves completely.
- Add Ice: Fill each glass about two-thirds full with ice cubes to chill the lemonade.
- Assemble the Drink: Spoon or pipe the whipped pink lemonade cream on top of each glass, covering the lemonade base evenly with the fluffy topping.
