Pani Puri Shells

Stuffing

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
Chutneys and Pani
- 1/2 cup tamarind chutney
- 2 cups mint-coriander pani (mint, coriander, green chili, spices, and water blended and chilled)
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, thoroughly mix the mashed potatoes, boiled chickpeas, chopped onions, fresh coriander, salt, cumin powder, and chaat masala until well combined and flavorful.
- Make the Mint-Coriander Pani: Blend fresh mint leaves, coriander, green chili, selected spices, and water until smooth to create the pani. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor and refreshment.
- Arrange Serving Components: Place puris, tamarind chutney, prepared stuffing, and chilled pani separately in bowls to facilitate easy assembly at the table.
- Stuff the Puris: Carefully crack open the top of each puri to create a small opening. Fill each puri generously with the prepared stuffing mixture and add a drizzle of tamarind chutney for a sweet tangy kick.
- Serve and Eat: Dip the stuffed puri immediately into the chilled mint-coriander pani, allowing it to fill with the flavorful liquid. Eat instantly to enjoy the perfect crispiness and refreshing burst of flavors.
