- Add honey: Stir in the honey thoroughly until the mixture feels sticky and holds together well.
- Incorporate fruits, nuts, and cinnamon: Add the dried fruits, nuts, and cinnamon to the mixture, stirring until they are evenly distributed throughout.
- Press into pan and chill: Firmly press the granola mixture into the prepared pan, ensuring it’s compact and even. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Cut into bars: Remove the firmed mixture from the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Using a sharp knife, cut into individual bars of desired size.
