Instructions
- Combine coffee and water: Add the coarse-ground coffee and cold water to a large jar or pitcher. Stir well to ensure all grounds are saturated.
- Steep the coffee: Cover the container and let it steep at room temperature or refrigerate for 12 to 16 hours to extract rich flavors.
- Strain the coffee concentrate: Pour the steeped mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean container, separating the grounds from the liquid.
