Melon Cooler Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium honeydew melon, de-seeded and cubed
  • 3 Persian cucumbers, roughly chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tbsp lime zest (about 1 medium lime)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 2 cups water


Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add the honeydew melon cubes, roughly chopped Persian cucumbers, freshly squeezed lime juice, lime zest, fresh mint leaves, a pinch of kosher salt, and 2 cups of water into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend Thoroughly: Blend on medium-high speed for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and frothy.
  3. Strain the Cooler: Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a bowl to remove pulp and seeds, achieving a smooth liquid.
