- To taste Sweetener (honey, agave, or sugar alternative, optional)
Instructions
- Toast Sesame Seeds: Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the black sesame seeds and toast them for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally until they turn golden brown and fragrant.
- Blend Sesame Milk: Transfer the toasted black sesame seeds to a blender. Add 2 cups of milk or your preferred plant-based milk. Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add Sweetener: Taste the blended sesame milk and add sweetener of your choice (honey, agave, or sugar alternative) if desired. Blend again for 10-15 seconds to mix well.
- Prepare Glass with Red Beans: Scoop the rinsed and drained sweetened red beans into a serving glass, ensuring excess liquid is removed.
